Before you begin, there are 3 rules to journaling: (1) feel all the emotions that may arise (2) resist the urge to edit & polish (3) be entirely honest with yourself.

1. What are you biggest motivators right now for recovery?

2. What would you say are your biggest barriers to recovery? For example, what do you think might be getting in the way, or making it feel harder to achieve?

3. What could you add in, or take away, to help with some of these barriers?

4. What’s one small step you could take today to get you closer to a full recovery?
