We are in-network with a variety of insurance plans. Before beginning services, we strongly encourage you to verify your mental health benefits directly with your insurance provider.
Here are a few helpful questions to ask when confirming your coverage:
Do I have mental health or behavioral health benefits?
Is Nourished Resilience (or your therapist's name) in-network with my plan?
Do I need prior authorization to begin therapy?
What is my copay or coinsurance for each session?
Do I have a deductible to meet before coverage begins?
How many sessions are covered per year?
-
A deductible is the amount you pay out of pocket each year before insurance starts to cover costs.
A copay is a fixed amount you pay per session (e.g., $20).
Coinsurance means you pay a percentage of the cost (e.g., 20%).
While we can see a certain amount of information when completing benefits checks, it is always recommended that clients also call and confirm with their insurance company directly.
Navigating mental health benefits can be overwhelming. We're here to support you in understanding your options and making informed choices about your care.
